This is a great way to increase focus and create a calming environment. Pick your favourite place you’ve been together and describe the journey as you go along, what can you see out of the window, favourite landmarks, places to stop, nature, and more. Being able to recall a journey is wonderful way to wind down and enjoy great memories together.
