Refunds
Earthboy has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the digital receipt with the order number as proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at hello@earthboy.co. Let me know what the issue is and send me any photos of the issue with your print/product. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer will be liable to pay for the return shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned as custom products (such as special orders personalized items or limited editions) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns of gift cards.
Exchanges
As every product is made to order, I do not keep stock of any products. If you’re not happy with your purchase please get in touch to arrange a refund. You can then purchase the product of choice separately.
Refunds Of Payment
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return within 48 hours of receiving it. You will be notified if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take between 5-7 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Privacy Policy
When you place your order with Earthboy, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that Earthboy can store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. Under the new GDPR Act, you have certain rights regarding the information we have registered about you.
