Company
Earthboy is registered as an E-commerce company that sells posters, printed merchandise and goods, that is fully operated by contemporary artist Matthew Brooks. The company is based at Unit 2504, 37 Westminster Buildings, Theatre Square, Nottingham, NG1 6LG.
Age-limit
The Customer must be a minimum 18 years old to order via the website.
Prices and payment
Each item is stated with price including VAT. At the checkout you can see the total price including VAT, shipping, and payment - I offer customers payment through the following payment methods: Apple Pay, Squarespace payments, and Stripe Checkout.
Withdraw
The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the time you receive the item. You have of course the right to open the package to take a closer look at the product. The item returned must be unused, in complete original packaging, and in undamaged condition. Always contact me at hello@earthboy.co before you return an item, and you will receive information about the return address. When returning an item, you are responsible for the return cost. Refund of the order amount or cancellation of the issued invoice shall be made by Earthboy® within 14 days from the date on which the returned item is received.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case
The customer has purchased a limited Print that is numbered. If the Customer has purchased a Custom Product or a Product with a significant custom feature, such as a Limited Print, the Customer is not eligible for the Earthboy Right of Withdrawal.
Guarantees and service
If there is visible damage that has occurred before the delivery is received, the product can be complained about. In such cases, email hello@earthboy.co with any issue that you have. If it turns out that the product is damaged, the consumer will be reimbursed for shipping costs and will be sent a new similar product where Earthboy is responsible for shipping.
Gift cards
Gift cards sold with Earthboy are valid for two (2) years from payment and can be purchased at the Earthboy Online Store. When the validity period has passed, it is not possible to pay with the gift card or reactivate the card. The remaining balance on the gift card is non-refundable. The gift card is a valuable document that must be stored securely and cannot be exchanged for money. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be refunded.
Uncollected packages
Most shipments are with your postal agent for 14 days. Shipments that are not picked up on time are sent back to the sender. Uncollected goods are returned to me. For all packages that are not redeemed, Earthboy reserves the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee, and handling fee. If you have chosen home delivery, it is your responsibility to be available to the selected freight forwarder who is scheduled to leave the package.
Complaint

Obligation to repay
Earthboy® shall, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, repay what you have paid for the product as soon as possible or no later than within 14 days from the day we received the product. The consumer bears the return cost when you return the item. Wall of Art always pay the return cost for sending back a complained product.
Force Majeure
An event such as outside the control of the Earthboy, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that Earthboy is released from its obligations to fulfill concluded agreements.
Other
Earthboy reserves the right to change all information without prior notice. If a sale item has expired, Earthboy has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid in advance. Earthboy reserves the right to make typographical errors in texts on this website. Earthboy also does not guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. Earthboy reserves the right to adjust prices and any price errors.
